I. Our slogan and vision
A: Our Slogan: “Customer is God” We are here to serve you, our service and operation are to focus on customer, satisfy customer’s demand with reasonable price.
B: Our Vision: Customer decide existence and development of company, so our vision is mixed with customer‘s satisfaction and demand. In short-term and long-term plan, our most important target is to fulfill ourselves to serve customers, expand business in Asian countries such as Hongkong, Singpore, China, Laos, Cambodia…Moreover; we’d like to develop a system of restaurant, hotel, resorts in Vietnam as well as other countries.
II: The Facilities
In order to serve customer best, we invest in human resources, computers, facilities to save information safely. Our company invests in working environment which enables staff feel comfortable. Staff can work fast, enthusiastically with customer. Our company also buys 10 tourist automobiles of 60 seats.
III Human Resource
We understand that computers can not replace human, human can understand and keep in touch with human. So, we recruit and train best officers to take care our customers.
IV. Financial Resource and Commitment
We have to take care thousands of clients every month, so we can not avoid mistake when working. We try to solve these unwanted problems and due to our prestige, we always make turn our commitment into life.
